To achieve this, the ground floor of the car park is divided into two levels, adapting to the natural slope of the terrain. Sustainable Design Features

Ugglan Car Park incorporates sustainable design principles, such as natural ventilation and the use of locally sourced materials. Two partly glazed stairwells promote natural airflow within the building, while the construction primarily utilizes an in situ prestressed concrete system with a refined finish surface.
