Situated in Belval, a vibrant quarter blending research, education, leisure, and commerce, ICÔNE harmonizes with its surroundings while making a distinct architectural statement. The building’s entrances, strategically positioned to engage with the urban fabric, invite pedestrians to explore new shops, cafés, and restaurants, injecting life into the neighborhood.

Architectural Design

Crafted in collaboration with local practice BFF architectes, ICÔNE comprises two wings enveloping a central atrium, adorned with a striking orthogonal façade and roof that echo the industrial character of Belval. At the heart of the atrium stands the historic Belval blast furnace, serving as a symbolic centerpiece and a reminder of the area’s heritage.

Interior Space

Inside, ICÔNE defies convention with its fluid internal space, juxtaposing the formal exterior with dynamic circulation routes.
